Overview

These Terms govern every paid service offered on genesisalign.com (the "Site"), in two forms: online analysis reports generated automatically and delivered instantly once payment succeeds, and booked human consultations (tailored and expert packages, including live video sessions). Placing an order, making payment, or ticking the acknowledgement box at checkout means you have read, understood and accepted these Terms in full.

These Terms are published in both Chinese and English; both texts are equally authentic. In the event of any conflict in interpretation, the English version shall prevail, as dispute-resolution bodies conduct their proceedings in English.

1. Nature of the Service & Disclaimer of Guarantees

All spatial-energy layout guidance, destiny and environmental analysis, and personal-development consulting offered on this Site constitute subjective advice and information for reference only. They are not promises, guarantees, warranties or professional opinions of any kind.

The consulting services provided on this Site do not guarantee any specific real-world outcome (such as financial gain, improvement in health, changes in personal relationships, or the occurrence of any particular event). The client bears full responsibility for any decision made in reliance on the advice given.
  • Conclusions are derived from the information you supply. Different schools and different practitioners may reach different — even opposite — conclusions; this is normal in the field and does not constitute an "error" or a "significantly not as described" claim.
  • Feng shui, destiny analysis and related content belong to cultural and folk tradition and have not been validated by modern science. The Site makes no claim as to their scientific validity, effectiveness or repeatability.
  • Whether you act on the advice, how you act on it, and any direct or indirect consequence arising from it are decisions you make and responsibilities you bear alone.
  • The Site accepts no liability for refund, compensation or otherwise merely because an analysis did not bring about the change you hoped for.

2. Non-Replacement Clause

The services on this Site are not a substitute for professional medical, legal, financial, tax, psychotherapeutic or mental-health services. Where cultural and traditional consulting is concerned this clause is a critical compliance boundary — please read it carefully.

  • Medical: the Site offers no diagnosis, treatment or medication advice. Seek a physician for any physical complaint, and never stop, change or postpone prescribed treatment on the basis of anything read here.
  • Legal: for contracts, litigation, employment disputes, immigration or intellectual property, consult a licensed lawyer. Nothing on this Site is legal advice.
  • Financial and tax: for investment, wealth management, property transactions or tax filings, consult a licensed accountant or financial adviser. The Site is not responsible for the outcome of any financial decision.
  • Psychological: for emotional distress, depression, anxiety or any mental-health concern, seek a licensed psychotherapist or psychiatrist.
If you are in the midst of a medical, legal or psychological crisis, contact your local professional services or emergency services immediately. This Site is not appropriate for such situations.

3. Client Responsibility for Accurate Information

The correctness of any conclusion depends entirely on the underlying information you provide. You warrant that the information you submit is true, accurate and complete — including, without limitation, exact date and time of birth (with time zone), the true facing and year of construction of the property, a true and complete floor plan, and photographs that reflect current conditions.

  • Where an analysis is skewed because information you supplied was wrong, incomplete, out of date or did not match reality, the Site accepts no liability and no refund will be given.
  • If you discover an error in the underlying information after delivery, you may submit one written correction request with the correct material within 7 days of delivery. Whether the analysis is redone, and whether a further fee applies, is at the Site's discretion.
  • Plans and photographs you upload are deemed confirmed by you as genuine, unaltered original material.

4. Refund & Cancellation Policy

4.1 All Sales Are Final Upon Delivery

Owing to the intangible nature of digital reports and bespoke consulting services, once the relevant PDF report has been sent by email (or has been generated in your account and made available for download), or once the live video consultation has begun or ended, the service is deemed delivered in full and no refund of any kind will be given (No Refunds Allowed).

An intangible service cannot be returned or "posted back" once delivered, so the return rules that apply to physical goods do not apply here. Payment signifies that you understand and accept this.

4.2 Cancellation & Rescheduling Window

  • Full refund: cancelling more than 72 hours before the scheduled time or before the service begins entitles you to a full refund, less the transaction fee charged by the payment processor.
  • Cancelling within 72 hours: no refund. Where preliminary calculation has not yet begun, one free rescheduling is offered; the new slot must fall within 30 days of the original appointment.
  • Rescheduling is limited to once. A second change is treated as a new order and requires fresh payment.

4.3 Preparation & Analysis Fee

Bespoke services involve substantive work before delivery — measuring plans, casting charts, collating material and reserving the slot. Accordingly, even if you cancel before the service is formally delivered, 50% of the order value will be retained as a Preparation & Analysis Fee, and the balance refunded.

  • Where preparatory work is more than half complete, or you have already received any preliminary conclusion, sketch, chart result or verbal opinion, partial refund no longer applies: the service is deemed delivered under 4.1 and no refund is given.
  • Instant online analysis reports (generated automatically and visible immediately after payment) have no cancellation window; generation constitutes delivery.

4.4 No-Show Policy

  • Arriving more than 15 minutes late to a scheduled online session, or failing to attend without notice, is treated as service rendered: no refund and no free rescheduling.
  • Where the session fails to start for reasons on our side (consultant absent, platform failure), you may choose a full refund or a free rescheduling.

4.5 Exceptions (Exhaustive)

  • You were charged twice, or ordered the same service twice, for a single engagement (the duplicated amount is refunded in full);
  • We failed to deliver within the stated turnaround and still failed after written notice from you;
  • Any other case where refunding is required by mandatory law.

Verified cases are refunded to the original payment method, reaching you within the processor's own timeframe (typically 5–10 business days). Apart from those listed in this section, the Site does not accept refund requests on any other ground.

5. Delivery Policy

5.1 Definition of Delivery

Any one of the following system records constitutes, on its own, complete proof that the service was successfully delivered:

  • The send record — including mail-server logs — of an email containing the report body or attachment, sent to the address registered on your account (or to an address you nominated);
  • The meeting-creation record, attendance record and attendance-duration log of the online meeting platform (e.g. Zoom / Google Meet);
  • The system record of the calendar invitation sent to you;
  • The system record and timestamp showing that the online analysis report was generated in your account and made available to view or download.

These records are retained on our servers and by the third-party platforms, and may be submitted as proof of performance in any dispute.

5.2 Turnaround Time

  • Online automated analysis report: generated immediately upon successful payment and available to view and download in your account.
  • Tailored report: sent within 5 business days of materials being complete.
  • Expert package (including video session): completed within 7 business days of materials being complete and the session time being agreed with you.

"Materials complete" means we have received everything needed to carry out the analysis — plans, site photographs, facing and year of construction, and, for destiny-based work, the time of birth. If material is missing, the clock starts from the day it is supplied.

5.3 Membership Entitlements

Lifetime membership (a one-off payment) unlocks advanced content and the floor-plan analysis feature. It takes effect once an administrator confirms receipt of funds and activates it. Being a digital entitlement delivered instantly, it is likewise governed by the "no refund after delivery" rule in 4.1.

6. Intellectual Property & Permitted Use

  • Copyright in reports and consultation content belongs to the Site. You receive a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use it.
  • You may not resell, rent, publicly post or redistribute a report in whole or in substantial part, nor use it to train artificial-intelligence models.
  • Use for yourself, your household or your own business is permitted; you may not use it to provide similar paid services to third parties.

7. Disputes

If you have any concern about the service, please raise it through the Contact page first; we reply within 5 business days. Most matters can be settled directly.

For orders paid through PayPal: the PayPal Buyer Protection programme covers "Item Not Received" (INR) claims — against which we submit the delivery evidence listed in 5.1. As to "Significantly Not As Described" (SNAD) claims, the service is an intangible, subjective consultation and you expressly ticked at checkout to acknowledge that the service is non-refundable once delivered; we will defend such claims on that basis, submitting the delivery evidence and your recorded acceptance of these Terms.

8. Changes to These Terms

The Site may revise these Terms from time to time. A revised version takes effect on publication and does not affect orders already completed. The version identifier is updated with each revision, and your acknowledgement at checkout records the version then in force so it can be verified afterwards.
