A sea-fronting high-floor residence: the outlook is open, yet the qi scatters instead of gathering, leaving the occupant restless and unable to settle. By re-planning the circulation and the placement of the primary positions — introducing high-dimensional energy through design and combining it with traditional Kan Yu method — the original energy field was reshaped, so that drawing in qi and storing qi each found their proper place.

Location：Kyoto, Japan
A Kyoto machiya more than forty years old, which has lived through a change of period; its original layout no longer answers to the qi of the present. Design intervention reorganised the spatial order, introducing high-dimensional energy and drawing on the traditional Kan Yu idea of "restarting the period" — so that, through the works, the old house regained the qi of the current cycle.

An AI startup moved into new premises and tripled its headcount within six months, but the energy field of the space had grown sluggish: the open-plan desks aided collaboration, yet the primary positions were misplaced and circulation ran straight through. Energy zoning and a reworked circulation introduced high-dimensional energy, supported by traditional Kan Yu method, building a sustainable energy field for a high-density workplace.
