Check these in order:

• Usernames are case-insensitive; passwords are not.
• iPad/iPhone keyboards auto-capitalise the first letter — make sure the username does not start with a stray capital.
• Look for spaces before or after the password, especially if you pasted it from a notes app.

You can sign in with either your username or your registered email.

Click "Forgot password" in the login area and enter your registered email; a reset link will be sent to you.

• The link expires in 30 minutes and works only once.
• If it does not arrive, check your spam folder first.
• One request per email every 60 seconds — wait a moment before retrying.

After logging in, click your username in the top-left corner to open Account settings, where you can change your password. Your current password is required.

The username cannot be changed at present, so choose carefully. Your email is the only way to recover a password — please use a real, working address. Contact us if it needs correcting.

• Xuan Kong Flying Stars — charts the flying-star plate from period + orientation to read the current fortune of the house. The most detailed output. Start here if unsure.
• Ba Zhai — sorts houses into East/West groups by the owner's gua. Simple and quick for a self-check.
• San He — focuses on water methods, incoming and outgoing water. Suited to courtyards or properties with water courses nearby.
• Xing Shi (Landform) — reads visible form: neighbouring buildings, roads, sha. Does not depend on precise degrees.
• Jin Suo Yu Guan — judges the sha/water pattern of the 24 mountains.
• San Yuan — works with the three cycles and nine periods plus earlier/later heaven trigrams.

The schools reason differently, so running several and comparing is perfectly sensible.

The facing (xiang shou) is the direction the front of the house looks towards. For most homes that is the main door or the main glazed/lit elevation (balcony or picture window); where they differ, the lit elevation is the common reading.

To measure: stand inside, with your back to the body of the house, facing the door or largest window, and read the compass on your phone. Then pick the matching 24-mountain in "Facing Direction".

Do not know the 24-mountain names? Switch the input mode to "Compass degrees" and enter the reading directly — the conversion is automatic.

The build year determines the property's period (three cycles / nine periods, 20 years each; 2024–2043 is Period 9). The flying-star plate follows entirely from period + orientation, so changing the year changes the plate and therefore the reading.

Once you enter a year, the derived period is shown alongside — use it to confirm you typed the right year.

All are optional. Supplying them adds sections such as He Tu storey fortune and the owner's gua; leaving them blank simply skips those modules and does not affect the core reading or scores.

Mentally square off the plan: tick whichever palace corresponds to the clearly recessed side. Multiple selections are allowed; tick none if the plan is square. Minor irregularities are not worth worrying about.

Anything with a lock is advanced practical content, part of the lifetime membership. The core findings, scores and recommendations remain fully visible.

Three steps:

• Step 1: upload the floor plan;
• Step 2: mark it — set north → drag the outline → tap each room → mark missing corners;
• Step 3: check the property data and press "Analyse from the Plan".

Make sure you followed the order north → outline → rooms.

A room's palace is derived from the centre of the plan (the pole) using the north you marked as reference. Without north marked, the palace cannot be derived at all — the page will tell you so rather than filling in a wrong value.

Mark north, then press "Fill in form" again.

Uploaded images scale down to fit the screen and never overflow it. For detail, tap the ⤢ button at the top-right of the image.

A straight, complete floor plan gives more accurate markings and reads better.

Analysis is reserved for lifetime members. Non-members can upload, mark and fill in data, but pressing analyse opens an unlock prompt.

Nothing you entered is lost — after unlocking, return to the page and press analyse again; no need to redo anything.

Yes. Fill in as many or as few as you like — even none at all still produces an overall reading; the more you fill in, the more detailed the room-level advice.

Go to the Consultancy page, choose the Basic Analysis (Lifetime) package and pay through PayPal (PayPal balance or credit/debit card).

After paying you will return to this site and see a "Payment Received" confirmation showing your order number — keep a note of it.

Membership is activated once we confirm the payment has landed. You do not need to refresh: a "Membership Activated" notice pops up automatically and the messages icon in the top-left lights up with an unread dot.

If it is still not active after 24 hours, reach us via Contact and include your PayPal transaction ID — we will sort it out immediately.

Yes — in three ways:

• A "Membership Activated" notice pops up on its own (no refresh, within about 45 seconds);
• The Messages icon in the top-left lights up with an unread dot — that is our activation notice;
• The status bar at the top of the Floor Plan page turns into ✦ Unlocked.

If you were offline at the time, the unread message will be waiting the next time you log in.

After logging in, look for a gold ✦ next to your username in the top-left corner — that marks a member or admin. The Floor Plan page also shows a membership status bar at the top.

You must be logged in to post or reply. Open the Forum, pick a category and start a new topic; reply using the box at the bottom of a thread.

After logging in, click "Messages" next to your username in the top-left. A red dot appears when you have unread mail.

Use the EN / 中 button at the bottom of the sidebar. Your choice is remembered across reloads and visits.

On narrow screens the nav collapses automatically — tap ☰ at the top-left to open it. It closes by itself once you pick a page.

Use your browser's Print and choose "Save as PDF" to keep the whole result as a file.
